University of Nebraska – Milo Bail Student Center

FHA has been fortunate to have worked on numerous renovation phases of the UNO – Milo Bail Student Center over the last decade. For this most recent project–Durango’s Grill and Maverick Den—FHA played the role of food service design consultant. FHA developed the plan for these areas, selected and specified the equipment and worked closely with the architect and other design consultants on seating types and finishes. The Maverick Den is a pit-stop close to the main campus walkway that offers a range of menu options, grab-n-go items, a full-service coffee bar and a C-Store for busy students and faculty. Durango’s Grill is located on the upper level in heart of an eclectic sports-themed lounge and is an open display kitchen concept with bar seating along the perimeter.
