Suji’s Korean Grill
Location: Omaha, NE
Size : 3,100 sf
Restauranteur Suji Park came to FHA to create a fast-casual concept that served authentic Korean-fused burritos and Korean BBQ. Park also saw this as an opportunity to promote her line of Korean signature products like Bulgogi and Bibimbap rice bowls and spicy/savory sauces that she successfully sells to Costco, Whole Foods, and other established grocery chains. The restaurant serves as her brand’s Flagship store which also has a separate test kitchen in the back of the restaurant to experiment with new menu items and potential new products. FHA worked closely with Suji’s Korean Grill to create an upscale, modern restaurant with design elements reminiscent of Korea’s rich cultural history. FHA designed the main and test kitchens; selected/specified all of the equipment, and designed custom fixtures and furnishings.
